New tour added

As I have suggested earlier today to fly over to every airport in France in honour of the olympic games 2024 I have added a new tour with all of the airports of France. A challenge to visit them all and earn your very own olympic award next to your pilot id.
The tours page link on the main website is inactive for the moment but you can visit the events and tours page from the crew center when you are logged in.
